Interested in donating items to the collection?
Thank you for your interest in contributing another piece of history to the Percy Grainger Society. As a keeper of Percy Grainger’s legacy, we value the people who knew and worked with him as well as the future generations who will find his work and life inspiring. While most of our items belonged to Percy himself, our collection is strengthened through donations from individuals, families, and organizations.
Donated items are preserved at the Grainger House and used for research, interpretation of Grainger's history, and as artifacts in exhibits and educational programs. Click here to see our Collections Policy.
If you are interested in donating items to the museum please carefully review our Acquisition Guidelines. We do not accept unsolicited donations or 'drop-offs'. Our Object Donation Form can be submitted via mail or email: allow 1-2 weeks for initial processing. For questions, please contact the Museum Coordinator at email@example.com.
'My father, Joseph Rezits, was a student of Percy Grainger's at Interlochen National Music Camp, Michigan in August 1943, and it influenced his entire musical future. I am so glad to send this set of correspondence between Percy and my father to IPGS. My father would have been happy that it is back in the Grainger House' - David Rezit
